Addendum

The following communication, dated 22 September 2017, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of China.

The People's Republic of China hereby notifies that the Measures for the Administration of Certificates Attached to Foods Exported to China (Draft) was notified in document G/TBT/N/CHN/1209 on 19 June 2017 by the People's Republic of China. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China is currently studying the comments from relevant countries/regions. According to the comments and application received, we hereby decide to provide a transitional period of 2 years: from 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2019.
